The workflow is the way work is organized to meet the organization’s production or service goals. Depending on your organizational structure you will create a workflow that allows you to achieve the organization’s strategic goals. In this light answer the following:

1. List two different organizational structures and explain when you will adopt each structure. Make sure you are using illustrating examples to clarify your answer.

2. Explain the differences between workflow using specialists and adopting business process reengineering. Do you think you can combine both models together? Why or why not?
