Out of Africa Theory
The Out of Africa Theory discourages us from dividing mankind into racial groups. But we often use race categories (such as Caucasoid, Negroid, Mongoloid, etc.). How valid and useful is the concept of race (human grouping based on physical characteristics, not on cultural characteristics) as a way of distinguishing the world’s peoples? Does it inevitably lead to racism?
