Organizational performance measurement

As part of your report, your manager asked you to examine the performance of the hospital in comparison with other successful hospitals. You need to use certain baselines and measurement tools that are generally used in organizational performance measurement. The idea is that your fresh eyes may be able to identify some of the reasons that contribute to the failure of the hospital.
