Personal care and medication for epilepsy

Bill is 20 years old and currently lives with his parents on their family farm in a rural community in Saskatchewan near the city of Saskatoon. Bill and his parents want to start planning for Bill to move out of the family home and to a new living situation. Bill will require 24 hour supports (requires personal care and medication for epilepsy) from a community-based organization. Bill and his family both want him to stay as close to home as possible, as his family is very supportive and want to remain connected. Bill wants to move out just like his older brother did but is a little bit afraid as well.
