Personal theology of leadership

While a personal theology of leadership statement is individually unique, it should include the following common components: leadership actively doing something, leadership impacting Christians, leadership motivating to a result, and leadership incorporating a spiritual foundation. Of these four items, which is the most important for supporting a biblical mission and vision? Why? Support your position with specific examples of practice in the local church.
