In this project, you will review the current powers of state and national government in our country.. curso Once you have identified the current powers each state and branch of government have, you will write a 4 paragraph essay focusing on key issues that you believe should either be regulated nationally (within a branch of government) or on the local state level. es

2) Think issues that have gone all the way to the Supreme Court, or issues that are regulated via Federal ok Law (Immigration, bankruptcy, social security, civil rights. State laws – Gun laws, divorce, criminal (death penalty), welfare, workers’ comp (hourly rates), family matters (inheritance, child support, custody).

3) Your job is to right an argumentative essay that has an introduction, 2 body paragraphs, and a conclusion arguing laws that you feel should be done state or on a national level. You must also offer a solution or your course of action to each law.
