President Trump Administration

During the Trump Administration, it was reported that President Trump desired to pull the United States out of NATO (e.g., see the link below), a position that is consistent with his “America First” foreign policy and rightwing populist disposition.  If Trump wins the presidency in 2024, do you think Russia becomes much more likely, much less likely, or just as likely to invade another formerly Communist country compared to if a pro-NATO candidate (e.g., President Biden or VP Harris) wins the presidency that year?  Be sure to explain your answer.
