Prohibition in Canada

Before beginning to work through the 12 modules about prohibition in Canada, it is important to try to get a handle on what we all already know about the prohibition of alcohol in Canada during the latter decades of the 19th century and the first four decades of the 20th century. To this end, take a few minutes and answer the following three questions:  What are the first three things that come to mind when you see the words “Prohibition” and “rum-running”? Elaborate a bit on each.
