Public health and health equity

Find an example of Policy (big “P” legislative) and another of policy (little “p” non-legislative). The paper  must address specific policies, their impact on public health and health equity, their time of implementation, and any results.  I have to Organize the paper around these two levels of policy (P and p). include the   details about types of law, policy implications, and the levels by which policy is created.  Last, make sure you identify policies- not programs, short term campaigns, or other public health initiatives.

Topic:  Examine forms of policy related to the prevention of falls in aging adults.    I am not sure how to answer this question.  I have identified legislative policies on this subject but not sure what to do from there. I would like some assistance with this please.
