Research public health programs

Research public health programs in your community. They can be about anything. Some examples include local Women Infants and Children (WIC) programs, farmers markets, health education interventions, etc.

Once you have selected your intervention, provide a brief assessment of the program. What are its strengths and weakness? Why? Remember, when evaluating a program, you don’t want to simply look at whether the program has done well by generating participation or making money. Consider if the goals of the program and whether they are being met. Why or why not?
