A safe workplace environment free from various forms of harassment and discrimination
In recent years the U.S. has become a minority-majority workforce (over 50% of workers are either female or a member of a traditionally defined minority group). Additionally, in Florida, Texas, and California, English is not the first language of a majority of workers. What must corporations (and specifically HR departments) do to adequately manage this increasingly diverse workforce? Furthermore given recent events, what must HR departments and management do to make a safe workplace environment free from various forms of harassment and discrimination?
