  1. Interviewing at least two Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), collect information through the job analysis methods.
  2. Prepare a task inventory, form Job Duty Groupings and a Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics (KSAO) inventory for the job duties
  3. Construct a job-requirement matrix(exclude the weights, if you wish to) and write a detailed job description(JD) and job specification(JS)(including competencies in the same)
  4. Please select a position, specify the function, the industry and company( the name of the company can be fictitious). Also mention the strategy/ies of the fictitious company and accordingly design your financial JD and JS.
