- Prepare a task inventory, form Job Duty Groupings and a Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics (KSAO) inventory for the job duties
- Construct a job-requirement matrix(exclude the weights, if you wish to) and write a detailed job description(JD) and job specification(JS)(including competencies in the same)
