Social Media taken over our Lives

Instructions:
Read the Lewis article above and select one other recent newspaper article that is, at most, 6 months old , along the same subject matter that provides evidence that social media has either taken over our lives or not.
– Write a multi-paragraph persuasive essay (approximately 500 words in length)
– include a detailed outline including a thesis statement and topic sentences with at least three points (point form), to support each one, and a strong conclusion.
– DOUBLE-SPACE your essay
– proofread carefully for grammar, spelling and mechanics. You will lose marks for poor language skills.
– Use specific support from the two articles
– If you use a quotation, make sure you analyze it (DO NOT simply insert a quotation and move on)
– Remember to include in-text citations for all of the evidence you use, and a Works Cited Page at the end of your assignment using APA format. Only the Lewis article and one additional one are allowed.
