Turn a sports arena

I have been asked to turn a sports arena with seating for 5,000 spectators into an exhibit hall. What are some of the types of information that I would need to know? What questions would I ask? What would be some of the event risk management challenges that I would face? This assignment will be graded based upon how well I support my position as well as the professionalism of my submission (grammar, spelling, organization).
