Stakeholders hold in your community

To get any work done in government, you want to learn who the major stakeholders, decision makers, and leaders are. Take a closer look at the local or state leaders (New Jersey): who are they, what do they do, how do they work, and when should you partner with them? In other words, how do they manifest the leadership skills?

Also indicate for your audience what they need to know to enact public policies by demonstrating who major stakeholders in public policy creation are in your local community and what leadership skills these stakeholders need to demonstrate to be effective public administrators.
