This week we cover Succession Management in Chapter 7. This is an increasingly important topic for many organizations that recongize the importance of managing their talent over the long term. DIscuss whether they have a succession management process and describe it (you will need to research this) (for example, is it at all levels or which levels in the organization). 2.
