Telehealth technology
Reflect on the utility of telehealth. Use a credible source e.g. County Health Rankings Links to an external site., a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) report for your county, etc., to identify one health problem in your community that telehealth may help to improve. In your discussion, include the following:
- Define one health problem in your community
- Describe the vulnerable population or population at-risk in relation to the identified health problem
- Discuss how specific telehealth technology or technologies may be applicable to improve the identified health problem, and integrate a Health and Wellness Perspective
- Discuss at least one consideration for healthcare professionals (as related to your responses above)
