COVID-19 is but one circumstance that has impacted an organization’s ability to obtain and retain the best talent in the marketplace. It does not appear that the search for talent will become easier in the future either. Therefore, the best human resource departments are increasingly viewed as those that can obtain and retain the best talent.
You have been tasked to make a one-page infographic, which will be published on several social media platforms. The purpose of this infographic is to encourage applicants to consider your organization as a future employer. In your infographic, address all of the following questions:
