What is the effect of the glomerular filtration rate

What is the effect of the glomerular filtration rate (GFR) of a simple rise in renal plasma flow (RPF), with no change in PGC?  How does this rise in RPF produce a rise in GFR in terms of the Starling relationship?  What impact will this increase in RPF have on the plasma protein concentration leaving the glomerulus? How would the resistance vessels within the kidney need to change in order to produce a rise in RPF without a change in PGC?
