The effects of repression

Answer either Discussion Questions/Personal Reflections option #1 on pg 34 OR DQ #2 on pg 48.

For Option #1: In addition to the questions posed in the book, also include potential diseases that may result from that repression, Include at least one research study that explains the effects of repression on your health (discuss with us, not a friend).

For Option #2: For the therapies that you would like to try and the ones that would not try, find a scientific research article that shows the potential health benefit of each of those therapies.
