List and discuss ways in which the founding documents affect our lives today. I expect use of SPECIFIC example, not a generalization. For example, you could discuss how the 1st amendment impacts life today and use a quote from the document. Another example could be the necessary and proper clause in the Constitution. I do not want to see generic statements about freedom, etc.

List and discuss one way in which they are now irrelevant or (even slightly) out of date. You will get significant points off for telling me nothing is out of date or could be considered dated (even if you do not agree show me that you can critically think about what things could be considered irrelevant). Again, I am looking for specifics as stated above. For example, you could discuss the 3rd amendment to the Constitution or some argue about the Electoral College.
