The Hofstede and Trompenaars

We studied both Hofstede and Trompenaars in our unit and we applied Hofstede to different cultures. Your job is to apply Hofstede’s 5 criteria to the Indian culture. You will recall that the criteria are: individualism vs. collectivism, power distance, masculine vs. feminine, uncertainty avoidance, and time orientation. Please be specific and seek to fully explain each criterion.
