Structure of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security

To what extent are the current organizational structure of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the setup of the Homeland Security Enterprise sufficient to meet today’s challenges as well as future challenges of all-hazard threats? What reforms/changes could be effective? The Department of Homeland Security works to improve the security of the United States. The Department’s work includes customs, border, and immigration enforcement, emergency response to natural and manmade disasters, antiterrorism work, and cybersecurity.
