Time of the New Deal Era Courts

Between the time of the New Deal Era Courts and following the Rehnquist Court, the Court’s understanding of Congress’ power to regulate interstate trade fluctuated greatly. Describe the evolution of the Court’s interstate commerce jurisprudence , discuss any developments in the Court’s interpretation, and  explain why you believe the Court’s interpretation developed the way it did using principles from this course.
