Type of bargaining

Question 2.  There is lots of excitement in the air. Your construction company Elite Constructions has won an exclusive contract for a major construction project. Your company had spent six months trying to win the contract and along with financial benefits, it will bring many future opportunities if the work is done within the timeframe and budget. To ensure the project meets its commitments including the deadline, a project leader is required. Two supervisors are keen to lead the project – Chris and Sam. Both have excellent experience in managing projects and both would suit the role. Shane the managing director was pleased to hear that both Chris and Sam were keen to take on the project and have asked them to decide who should manage the exclusive project.
