Explain what is meant by migration and briefly discuss the three types of migration (3 marks). Based on the video “South Africa’s brain drain as doctors move abroad”, many doctors from South Africa have migrated to Canada specifically to work in the northern part of British Columbia. Discuss in detail some of the pull and push factors that have contributed to this international migration (7 marks).
