Value structure of the organization
Imagine that you are the HR manager of a company that has been facing retention issues for some time now. You have decided to propose to the management that following a conservative practice will help solve the retention issue and make the employees feel more aligned with the value structure of the organization. create job duties and at least 3 KSAOs (knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics.)

- Is the KSAO necessary prior to hiring, or can it be trained?
- What is the importance of each characteristic relative to the others?
