Vulnerable population of interest

Research an existing human service program or community effort that is targeting a vulnerable population of interest.  It may be a program that provides direct services to clients, a community organization effort, a program that influences public policy, an advocacy effort, etc. Study the organization’s website and other resources that describe its purpose, structure, funding, etc. After studying this agency, you will respond to the following questions/prompts about the existing program in the chart provided.
