Design a Resourcing plan in flowchart form, that identifies the main HR practices used from when the job becomes vacant to when the job offer is accepted, appropriate to fill a vacancy related to the Person Specification submitted in Part A.4. Four selection methods should be included, all of which are relevant to measure the essential KSAs provided in the Person Specification. Each selection method should be listed in an appropriate order of use.
