A variable pay plan

Describe a variable pay plan you currently use or one with which you’ve had past experience. Identify the plan based on those described in Chapter 8 and the category into which the plan is classified. Do you think the plan is (or was) successful or a failure in some way? How do you feel it could be improved? If you have not experienced variable pay, would you be interested in a position with variable pay? Why or why not?
