The Bill of Rights

You are the newest intern for a young trendy senator. The Senator has asked you to look over the Bill of Rights and completely rewrite them. The Senator believes that we, as a country, need to break from the past and bring the Constitution into the 21st Century. You are tasked with deciding what 10 rights and freedoms should be included in the new Bill of Rights.

Since the Senator wants to break from the past, you can only take three of the original amendments into the new BOR, though the Senator still wants you to give those three amendments modern language and meaning.

Lastly, the Senator values your opinion and is going to use your justification before their constituents to advocate for your new BOR. Therefore, be sure to provide your personal justification for each of the amendments you choose.
