The changing characteristics of the project organization and cultural environment and the dynamics of the organization

Your author notes on page 117:  “in the complex project landscape effective integration requires management approaches that allow for a flexible creative and adaptive approach by the project team in response to the changing characteristics of the project organization and cultural environment and the dynamics of the organization”.  This week you learned about process groups used in the project management lifecycle.  In your experience, are all these deliverables necessary?  Provide two deliverables that all projects, regardless of methodology, should leverage and two deliverables that may not be necessary and why?

The IT project life cycle and project management

Write a 700- to 1,050-word paper that describes the IT project life cycle and project management. Your paper should:

  • Describe the IT project’s life cycle
  • Identify in which phase the charter is completed.
  • Identify in which phase the scope is completed.
  • Describe in your words the 5 project management knowledge areas.
  • Identify the 5 project management processes.
  • List the processes in order.
  • Explain why the project management knowledge areas and processes are important.
  • Explain the project managers’ role.
  • Describe your opinion of a project managers’ role.
  • Describe how your opinion compares to the weekly readings or external research.

Cite 3 reputable references to support your assignment (e.g., trade or industry publications, government or agency websites, scholarly works, or other sources of similar quality).

Pressures and opportunities associated with gender, generational, ethical and cultural issues

Today’s workplace is far more diverse than even before. Leaders must munaze the pressures and opportunities associated with gender, generational, ethical and cultural issues
— each group will have a different perspective and values on the role of work and life general
Describe the recrutment and selection tools that wil lead to a more diverse wordorce. How will these tools accompish this?

the code of ethics used by your business

Find the code of ethics used by your business (the one you’re using for your final project). If your company does not have a code of ethics, locate one from a competitor in the same market. How does this ethics statement align with the suggestions from HRCI? Are there improvements that you would recommend? Use research to support your assertions.

Medicaid expansion will expand care and insurance

Medicaid expansion will expand care and insurance, low-income people had limited insurance before the expansion. Medicaid expansion insured more low-income people and expanded to vulnerable populations. Expanding Medicaid improves care for low-income groups who may get health care after Medicaid expansion. Financially secure low-income people.

Analysis shows Medicaid expansions reduce uncompensated care costs this saves states money (American Public Health Association (2017). Economic growth and state revenue are likely. The funds support prevention programs, research, immunizations, and public health workforce recruitment. Funding includes tracking, surveillance, and tobacco prevention. 16 programs are funded.

All states that have expanded Alzheimer’s services receive grants. The community is informed about memory loss treatment. PPHF also manages chronic diseases. Chronically ill adults and seniors get money. Chronic patients can self-manage. State fall prevention is funded by prevention and health funds. The research will help vulnerable populations avoid falls. Fall-prone seniors are targeted. Prevention and public health funds prevent diseases.

Employer mandate aims to improve healthcare. Employers must provide health insurance or pay penalties, for improving health. The provision is harsh on employers, but it protects workers’ health. Full-timers need health insurance. Before providing health insurance, employers must let workers compare options. Affordable insurance should cover 95%.

Children up to 26 are covered (Mason, Dickson, McLemore, & Perez, 2020). Not meeting coverage requirements carries penalties. Employers with 50+ full-time workers must follow the guideline. Full-timers work 30+ hours per week. Middle-income workers can’t afford insurance. Affordable health insurance saves employees on premiums.

Employees are likely to get health insurance for better access to care. Uninsured people get less medical care. Poor uninsured predominate. Employer-provided healthcare increases access and use. Insurers sometimes exclude pre-existing conditions, but no insurer can charge more for pre-existing conditions or refuse coverage under the ACA. The policy covers subscribers’ kids. Preexisting conditions are costly. Diabetes, hypertension, asthma, cancer, and HIV/AIDS are helped. This raises treatment costs, while patients’ finances suffer without insurance.

Investigate the environmental impacts of food production

Investigate the environmental impacts of food production

1- Review 5 challenges involved in achieving energy efficiency in a commercial kitchen

What are the challenges involved in achieving energy efficiency in production kitchens?

1- human Awareness and resistance to change:

2- the cost of equipment:

3- consumption :

4- climate change :

5- lack of recourses :

2-Compare recycling and waste management procedures ( reduce-reuse-recycle) in a range of commercial kitchensجدول مقارنه

ReduceFast food is the main cause of chronic illnesses such as cancer, obesity, and diabetes. Reduction is the best option.Live kitchens involve the preparation of food in an open environment. Most live kitchens should use biogas which is more environmentally friendly. In the bakery, people should reduce the use of plastic bags as storage materials.Gallery airplane is a designated place in the aircraft, train, and ship where food is cooked. Items that can be reduced are products that increase soil pollution, such as plastic bags for food storage.
ReuseBased on fast-moving food, it is critical to use packaging materials that can be reused to prevent soil and air pollution (Change, 2019).The families that use firewood should embrace the culture of using ashes as pest sides in their firms.90% of the bakery materials can be reused, including glasses, aluminum cans, and cardboard. The most important items that can be reused are utensils such as cardboard and metallic cans.
RecyclingThe main challenge in many countries is managing plastic bags mainly used to store fast-moving food. A government should use a mechanism to recycle plastic bags. The live kitchen can reuse recycled firewood and charcoal by planting more trees in their environment.Since most countries are still using plastic bags, they can recycle them since they contribute to soil pollution and don’t decay easily.Plastic cans used to serve most drinks can be recycled to reduce soil pollution when dumped as waste materials.

3-Analyze the impacts of a commercial kitchen on the environment and make valid recommendations for improvements

The Environmental ImpactAnalyze the impactRecommendation for improvement
Water usageWater wastage denies people having enough water from dry areas. Additionally, water wastage prevents maximum water harvesting for dry seasons.I recommend households and water conservation boards provide better storage facilities such as plastic tanks to householders. The national and local governments can construct dams for water harvesting, particularly in the United States.
Energy usageEnergy usage is the effective use of energy and storage of excess energy.Excessive energy from solar panels can be stored in solid-state batteries.
Food wasteFood wastage might occur in many ways, such as having poor storage facilities for perishable products, thus wasting products that could be used in the future if they were properly stored. The government of any country should be aggressive and proactive in providing refrigerator facilities to store perishable products such as tomatoes, vegetables, and milk.
Carbon footprintCarbon footprints are excessive methane and carbon dioxide from greenhouse gases. The carbon prints can be limited by developing reusable shopping gas and limiting beef consumption (Zwolak, Sarzyńska, Szpyrka & Stawarczyk, 2019).

Point of view:

In my view, proper water usage will prevent water wastage that can be used during the dry season for irrigation. It is also critical to develop better energy storage facilities for friendly energy from wind and hydroelectric power.

4-Critically analyze and reflect on the environmental influences and sustainability issues that impact commercial kitchens to justify recommendations for improvements

The environmental influences and sustainability issuesCritically AnalyzeRecommendation for improvement
Landfill sites

Landfill sites are designated areas for dumping garbage and solid waste. Many countries are still using plastic bags and containers as packaging materials. However, a country can use materials that can easily decompose.
Climate changeThere has been an increase in climate change across the globe. The main causes of climate change include burning fossils such as natural gas, oil, and coal (Coccia, 2020). The other climate change causes high usage of petroleum products such as in transportation.I recommend countries across the globe reduce petroleum products in the transportation sector and embrace electric vehicles.
Pollution (Soil pollution )

Soil population is common, particularly in areas with various industrial activities, due to waste disposal on open services. The other cause of soil pollution is acid rain, which occurs due to the emission of poisonous reasons.I recommend that key stakeholders in a government environmental stake reduce chemical fertilizers and embrace organic farming. The other strategy is to adopt afforestation and reforestation.
Energy consumptionEnergy is an essential factor in the industrial sector, and no country can achieve success in any economic activity without energy consumption. However, I recommend countries to use more friendly sources of energy such as wind and hydroelectric power from water bodies.

Point of view:

In my view, his fight against any population is not a one-country affair but a collaborative effort among all key stakeholders globally.

The amount and quality of democratic engagement

Outline the various norms and values that are generally associated with “the amount and quality of democratic engagement” (Kaid).

Idea that race is socially and culturally constructed

In the introduction to their book Seeing White: An Introduction to White Privilege and Race,  Halley, Eshleman & Vijaya (2010) argue that “Often whites simply perceive themselves as ‘normal’ or ‘just human’ and fail to notice their own race” (p. 4). What do you interpret this statement? How does this relate to the idea that race is socially and culturally constructed?

Review the Pew Research Center’s (2020) report Amid National Reckoning, Americans Divided on Whether Increased Focus on Race Will Lead to Major Policy Change. Why do you think the different groups discussed in the article have different views of the progress that has been made on equality? Which group do you most closely agree with? Why? How do the groups that you’re part of influence your perspective here? Is this an area where you might have a single story?
