In Modules One through Seven of this course, you will watch a series of videos from leaders within the SNHU community. The objective of these videos is to share with you some reflections and insights as they pertain to the participants’ identity, advocacy, leadership, and motivation. Watching the videos and reflecting on the content will contribute to the creation of your own social change identity.

Note: As you progress through the video series and the subsequent module reflections, you will synthesize information provided from various concepts discussed within the context of the videos. Pay particular attention to specific conceptual themes that emerge from the videos.

You will use the knowledge acquired in all the videos that you’ve viewed so far to complete each module reflection assignment.

Creating a game

Create a game where children learn a concept based on a theme or book. In creating a game.(No ABC, colors or 123 as concepts allowed.) Submit a picture, or outline of your game explain how to play and what the children will learn and how they will learn it.

Explain (a) how it is played, (b) why you chose that topic, and (c) discuss variations or differentiation that is possible in the playing of the game. All games should have a “rules of play” discussed.

The following directions may help you in creating a game.

Using arts & crafts materials, pictures, lettering, oaktag, manipulatives, spinners, dice or any other materials, candidates will create a game for preschool children that supports a skill, concept, competency or learning outcome.

The game may be theme based to support a current classroom activity, bundle or area of student interest (i.e. transportation, our community, being a good friend, etc.) or may support a curriculum area (math, science, health).

The concept addressed in the game should be an outgrowth of course material we have focused upon and/or need generated in your classroom (if you currently work in a school). Your game should be both visually appealing and engaging for preschool children.

Originality and creativity are expected outcomes. Try to avoid ABC, 123 or red,blue,green; there is so much of this already commercially produced. Be Original! Be Creative! Have FUN!

The game should be accompanied by a rational and reflection. by The total length of the assignment is at minimum three double-spaced pages in Times New Roman of 12 font following the required submission format: the write-up of the game at minimum a page ,the game with pictures or outline another page, and the rational and reflection a third page. More will be accepted.

Symptoms of increasing Abdominal pain

A 36-year old male presents to the clinic with symptoms of increasing abdominal pain that recently started radiating to his back, nausea and unintentional weight loss (20 pounds) over the past 4 months. He has recently been having oily diarrhea like stools. PMH includes HTN. Surgical Hx: None.

Medications: HCTZ 25mg daily. Allergies: None. Family: Father deceased colon cancer at 70 years old, Mother living with HTN. Social: Smokes tobacco-1PPD for 35 years, admits to alcohol use daily- at least 2-3 beers every night for the past 10 years, and prior history of marijuana and IV drug use as a young adult. He is employed full-time as a supervisor at a local construction company. He is divorced and has 2 adult children. He does not exercise regularly.

Diagnostics: CBC, CMP, UA wnl. Abdominal ultrasound reveals enlarged pancreas with calcification.

After thorough evaluation the diagnosis Pancreatitis was made.
