Motivation is considered as a predictor of job performance. In other words, the determinants of employee job performance were motivation, aptitudes and skill. Thus, motivated employees with high levels of job involvement are considered as important elements to an organization.

ANY influence by anyone in government to take a drug is deemed unethical. But nudge theory principles were used in all western countries to do exactly that. Was that ok? Thoughts?

Gestalt Psychology was a strong force in Psychology, especially in Europe.

However, it was less of a force in the U.S., and as textbooks can often be ethnocentric, our textbook does not go into enough detail regarding the Gestalt Psychology and their contributions to the field to Cognition, specifically in regard to Perception.

Simply put, Gestalt Psychology proposed that the “whole is different than the sum of its parts” (Anderson, 2020).
