A successful leader is one who is clearly aware of these forces that are more relevant concerning their behavior in a given time.

It is understood himself accurately, individuals and the group to which it relates;

the company and the large social environment in which it operates. Also, considers the capacity of their subordinates to develop.

However, this sensitivity, or ability to understand is not enough, so the leader has to behave according to the circumstances.
