Action for Happiness is an organization that promotes activities and resources designed to
increase our personal learning and overall happiness.

One of their strategies is to create monthly
motivating calendars that are filled with small actions you can take to help increase your sense of
learning and wellbeing.

Assignment Details:

For this assignment, we are going to adopt the Action for Happiness philosophy and resource,
and design and create a PERSONAL monthly calendar filled with small actionable strategies
you can do to help develop your own sense of learning and wellbeing.

Steps:

Step 1: Choose a month to focus on (November, December, January, etc)

Step 2: Choose a theme for the month “self-care/physical activity/nutrition/motivation/helping
others/etc”

Step 3: Fill your calendar with small actionable strategies you can do each and every day! Aim
for a strategy that will take you approx. 15 min.

Step 4: Hand in your calendar, and use it in the month you have chosen!
