Chloe Hay is a student at the Richmond Business School. When she graduates she has decided to follow a graduate management program offered by one of the large local employers. So far she has thoroughly enjoyed her courses in accounting, finance, and marketing. These were subjects that provided her with some clear-cut answers; however, one of her second-semester subjects is causing her problems. The professor in her organizational behavior course is telling her that when it comes to managing people, there really are no black-and-white clear-cut answers.
