Before the COVID-19 pandemic, international cruising enjoyed a fast-growing market. The pandemic resulted in worldwide operating bans. As Governments negate the bans, international cruise operators have an industry-wide ‘start-up’ recruitment, selection, and retention endeavor. With these opportunities and challenges in mind:
