Chemotherapy Treatment and Nausea

My nursing diagnosis is Imbalanced nutrition related to chemotherapy treatment and nausea secondary to lung cancer.  I need interventions and rationales for this diagnosis. All I could think of is collaborating with oncologist, administering anti-nausea meds, and try to encourage more eating. I can’t think of anything else…help me please!
