What aspects of  campaign  essential for a competitive race for a political office? Would this be different for a national level race?College students have run for office and won. For instance in 2013, a senior at Elizabeth City State University in Elizabeth City, NC, Montravias King, ran and won a seat on the City Council of Elizabeth City. He did this without having a lot of resources traditionally needed for a successful race. Think about your own city.
