Conflict resolution strategies in the literature

The project will involve studying conflict management in the organizations- You need to study an organization and interview an a manager there to inquire following questions:
Introduction and brief history of organizations ( maximum one page)
Brief literature review of conflict management strategies.
The nature of conflict in the chosen organization
What are the sources of conflict why conflicts arise in that organization.
Examples of conflicts in that organizations.
How management tries to resolve the conflict. Link the conflict management strategies of the organizations with the conflict resolution strategies in the literature.
What are the major challenges faced by the organization in the conflict management.
If you were the manager in that organizations, what recommendations you would make to the organization for conflict resolution.
