Reasonable Accommodation – this is a very important section to be aware of in order to follow the law regarding disabilities. HR professionals should be better equipped to deal with accommodations. As a supervisor, it may be beyond your scope of duties and responsibilities. Nonetheless, many organizations do not have an HR person(s) in the organizations.
