Collective Agreement impacts the Human Resource functions

Julia works at Lethbridge Hospital as an Emergency Unit Clerk. She has worked at the Hospital for 10 months. Her boss, Amrita, is very rude to her. Julia feels that Amrita is biased towards her as she got the job over Amrita’s friend. Julia also feels she gets assigned to bad shifts with bad times and days. Julia is currently working in a non-unionized environment, and wants to change it to union representation.
