Human Rights or the Employment Standards models

Select either the Human Rights or the Employment Standards models that we learned about in this course and consider how those models regulate the termination of the employment relationship. Briefly explain how the legislation you are discussing alters the approach taken in the Common Law Regime. Then discuss whether you believe the legislation strikes a fair balance between the competing interests of employers and employees . Be sure to identify what you think those interests are and use examples from the course to support your argument.
