Technology impacts HRM strategies and key people-related approaches and processes

Throughout the course, we examined the many ways in which technology impacts HRM strategies and key people-related approaches and processes.  The text also provides many examples in this unit and throughout the course where organizations have faced up to or fantastically failed in handling an ethical issue.  Please summarize one ethical issue related to technology that is captured in our text, how it was handled, and at least one suggestion on what could have been done better given all that we have covered in this course.
