A company source of competitive advantage can be from its skilled employees.  Skilled employees are reported to be capable in reducing internal costs hence contributing to higher operating margins. Therefore, achieving company sustainable competitive advantage from loyal skilled employees are deemed important which one marked can be obtained through human resource management.  Nevertheless, there are companies or leaders that are still unaware on the importance of human resource management.
