5.Describes the essential support elements that the manager must consider when compensating, supporting and evaluating the expatriate employee.
6.It explains the potential challenges employees face in the repatriation process and how the company should handle each situation.
7.In light of the results of the reading, it describes the recommendations that are made in each phase of the expatriate management process.
