Mary Jane Doe (Director of Operations) suggests she will not accept cuts in her department as it is key for the regular operations of the airline. At the same time, Mary Jane Doe recommends a reduction in the budget allocated for the HR department as its contribution to the competitiveness of the airline is less important.
