Principles of Healthcare leadership

Exhibit 3.2 on page 53 of the Principles of Healthcare leadership identifies the key leadership skills for service delivery organizations.  Identify the leadership skills and select two to three skills that you feel as the most important in leading an organization.  Provide insight into why the skill is important in leading healthcare organizations and your experience with the skills either as a leader or as a subordinate.  When using personal experience or insight, you want to avoid organization and individual names and provide insight into the experience and how you view the skills as part of healthcare success.
