A succession management process

This is an increasingly important topic for many organizations that recongize the importance of managing their talent over the long term.

Please select a Canadian organization and answer the following:

1.Name of organization (it could be the same organization you have selected for your group assignment).

2. DIscuss whether they have a succession management process and describe it (you will need to research this) (for example, is it at all levels or which levels in the organization).

3. Share whether this organization is a ‘build’ or a ‘buy’ talent organization.  What are your views of their approach? (List 1 advantage and 1 disadvantage)
